Chambre, LLC ("Chambre," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit our websites, use our platforms, or subscribe to our services, including PredictNG and all related Chambre-associated platforms (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and your rights regarding that information.

Information You Provide Directly:
- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your first and last name, email address, password, phone number (optional), and account type (personal or business).
- Business Information: If you register a business account, we may collect your company name, job title, company size, and industry.
- Billing Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing address and payment details. Payment card information is processed and stored exclusively by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. Chambre does not store your full credit card number on our servers.
- Communications: If you contact us via email or other channels, we retain the content of those communications along with your contact information.
- Referral Information: We may collect information about how you heard about our Services.
Information Collected Automatically:
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Services, including pages visited, features used, prediction queries, timestamps, and session duration.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law, necessary to resolve disputes, or needed to enforce our agreements. Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes.

The Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
